Garrigue Vineyard in the Snow One ‘Garrigue Vineyard Share’ for the Garrigue Parcel (year 2009 and vintage 2006 case of wine) is €99 and is valid for a year. A two year ‘Garrigue Vineyard Share’ (years 2009 and 2010 and vintages 2006 and 2007) is €195. One ‘Hillside Vineyard Share’ for the Hillside Parcel (year 2009 and the vintage 2006 case of our premium red wine) is €140. A two year ‘Hillside Vineyard Share’ (years 2009 and 2010 and vintages 2006 and 2007) is €260. The shares run from the purchase date for a full year or 2 years.

The difference between Garrigue and Hillside: Garrigue is an excellent parcel for powerful but relatively easy-drinking merlot. Hillside is very low yield and has highly concentrated berries, a south-east facing slope and old vines therefore producing a more complex 'vin-de-garde' (aging) wine than its neighbour Garrigue. The wine resulting from Garrigue is typically released earlier than the wine from Hillside which is aged in barriques.
